The Gauntlet - Xena Artwork

Some artwork from my favorite crossover HTLJ episode, 'The Gauntlet.'

This episode is dark, gritty, moody, and violent, and is the one where Xena changes. Kinda important in her journey.

This picture comes from right after Xena makes it through the gauntlet. Something no one else had ever done before. She is sort of purged of her evil ways when she walks through it.

20th Anniversary Artwork - The Warrior Princess

It was 20 years ago today that a certain Warrior Princess had her first appearance on television in Hercules The Legendary Journeys. She was a pretty bad gal. Oh well, she changes her ways later! Here's some artwork I did for that episode - The Warrior Princess.

Lucy Lawless is Joining Starz's Evil Dead Sequel

It's Xena and Autolycus!

Lucy is is joining Bruce Campbell in the Starz series: Ash vs. Evil Dead.

"We just added her to our cast, and I got to tell you, I couldn't be happier. Some actors you work with and you know that you're going to fail the chemistry test. There are some that you know you won't fail it. She's great; I worked with her a lot in the Xena days, and it's great to have her on Ash vs. Evil Dead."

While he didn't reveal too much about her role on the series, Campbell said Lawless is very good at "playing extreme characters," and that's what she'll be doing on AvED as well. read entire article at Blastr

Excerpt from press release:
Starz has announced today that Lucy Lawless (“Salem,” “Spartacus”) will play the role of Ruby in the STARZ original series “Ash vs Evil Dead.” The series is the long-awaited follow-up to the classic horror film franchise The Evil Dead and is set to film on location in New Zealand this spring and premiere on STARZ in late 2015.

Ruby is a mysterious figure who is myopic in her quest to hunt down the source of the recent Evil outbreaks. The only problem: she believes that Ash (Bruce Campbell) is the cause of it all.
